Didio revealed a few of the hints that were in the first poster.
Today they released a SECOND POSTER. Click the link to check it out.
It is at the very least a cool loose homage to the Last Supper, which is pretty funny since I read a comment last Friday about how they were sick of this DaVinci Code stuff.

The first teaser was set at the Statue Of Liberty, but this one looks like a Darkseid Statue of some kind. Was there a Darkseid Statue somewhere in the DCU?

You know, the statues a little interesting, but I'm more interested in the heroes equipment lieing destoried on the ground... Is Lex crying over Superman's death perhaps?

this is all to weird but wOw am i just loving it more and more sooo much confusion.
now im always confused with supes what r the diff purposes of these supermen in the picture, the older one, the black one, and the android.

I recall thid being a multi-universe story arc (hense the first teaser)... What puzzles me about the Supermen, is that this poster depicts villains; and I'm pretty sure the Black one and the Android are evil... But Kingdom Come Superman?

The picture is a broken up version of the Last Supper. The hand orientations and grouping of 4 groups of 3 clued me into that.
Since some of these characters are not exactly that popular they are from left to right:
Granny Goodness (from Apokolips)
Mary Marvel (now with power from Black Adam)
Eclipso (Ray Palmer's wife)
Martian Manhunter (been through a few changes over the past year)
Joker
Catwoman (possibly Holly Robinson, since she has shown up in Countdown)
Lex Luthor (costumed as he was in Infinite Crisis)
Kingdom Come Superman (can't tell if he has Eradicator like power, or a Sinestro Corps yellow power ring)
Cyborg Superman (Hank Henshaw, now member of Sinestro Corps)
Black Costumed Superman (either from Return of Superman, or Emperor Joker)
Trickster (in Trickster 2 costume, holding Pied Piper's flute)
Desaad (minion of Darkseid)
Penguin
Lex is in Jesus' position. Martian Manhunter is in the Judas position.
The Darkseid statue almost looks like it is rising out of the ground because of the dirt being on top of it instead of it falling. This also falls in line with the fall of liberty in the first one.
The objects along the bottom are:
Amazonian Shield
Broken Green Arrow
Broken Black Racer Skis
Unknown Box with Eclipsed Sun
Either the Crime Bible (52) or the Book of Destiny (Brave & Bold)
Wierd New Gods looking thing from the first teaser
Superman's cape, Wonder Woman's sword, and Batman's cowl from the cover of 52 #1
The red skies resemble how thing were during the Crisis on Infinite Earths.
Some of this stuff i found, but a good bit I found just reading through message boards.
