I saw this and loved this pic. But from the look of it, its kinda similar to the art of The Long Halloween. Does this kinda foreshadow something that'll prolly be in the show?

We've got it bigger and without the watermarks.
It came from Jeff Matsuda's site and I think it was just a pic

Got it. I didn't know, about the site.
BTW, I'm glad that old Penguin design wasn't used. I'm glad the Burton version was taken for TB.
Secondly, is it me or is his drawnings foreshadow a darker take on the show? Maybe he's planning somehting. He did say that once the show ages, it matures. So...

His Joker design is ALOT more creepy looking in the sketches than he is in action. Maybe the show will get a little darker as we go, they did say the show would evolve over time.

LOG may have had it first, but BYTB is still better than they are. 
The Mods there search other sites (including ours) for things to post on LOG all the time. (I know, I was a LOG Mod once) In this case they probably got the picture from Jeff?s site and put their watermark on it.
Unfortunately there has been some bad history between BYTB and LOG. I won?t open up an old fight, but I will take down the original picture because it has a LOG watermark and I don?t want Matt to complain about it being on our site. Besides, we have an even better version that Beyond has posted.
