I was just watching 'Harley's Holiday' and I couldn't believe how 'Schumacher-ish' Gotham City looked! There was big massive neon signs everywhere you looked including signs which featured:
Giant lips
A kid eating actual cereal (?!)
A bottle of soda with a straw
This disturbed me a little bit.
In the shadows I saw my destiny...
I would seek justice...
I would have my revenge... |

Boy was I disapointed by the total lack of Joker in that episode.
Marge: Homer, I've got someone here who can help!
Homer: Batman?
Marge: No, a scientist!
Homer: Batman's a scientist.
Marge: It's not BATMAN!! |

Eh...I don't know. I really like this episode, the signs didn't really strike me as anything out of the way.

well, Harley Holiday premiered in October 1994, Forever came out in 1995, so i guess you can say Schumacher was influenced by TAS.:p
