Patriot Act was good....the general turns into the Hulk. Was this an actual comic book story arc, Nate?

This was a story arc in the run of JLA that just ended. Issues 24-26 were the "Executive Action" story. General Eiling's mind is transferred into the Shaggy Man's body. The Shaggy Man is this giant hairy thing that appeared in an old story. After having his mind transferred it isn't appropriate for the General to be in some long haired body, so they shaved the shaggy man.

The reason as to why I'm giving this episode 9.5/10 are as follows:

vigalante is the guy on the motorcycle.

Y'think? Phil is correct. All three reasons are because of Vigilante.

Did anyone notice how General Eiling sort of looks like General Ross from the Hulk movie? The actor had a very distinguishable mouth (I know that sounds a bit trivial) but I could swear they were making a nod to him. In fact, I almost hope they are, because otherwise they just completely ripped off the Hulk in this episode, right down to the sonic claps and the mysterious stretching pants.

He looks like that in the cartoon of Hulk also. So, it probably wasn't just the movie they got the idea from...that is if this General was based off the Hulk one.
