Superman: Animated Adventures is the new Superman due Fall 2006. It has nothing to do with Bruce Timm's Superman. The only thing known is that Lois Lane (they had Louis Lane), Lex Luthor, Clown , Bizzaro and Ra's Al Guhl are appering.

Take it with that grain.

I heard about the new series a while back but thought it was a rumor, and wikipedia isn't known for being totally accurate all the time.

If its true, then awesome, I hope they do like The Batman and do alot of new things with it. If we just got another series with nothing new to set it apart then what'd be the point ya know?

I take it with a grain of salt, (I really don't see the point with new superman cartoon, When Lois is dating both Superman & Clark kent on the JLU, It's only a matter of time before Either Clark "Tell's her the "Truth" , or Lois finds out. & Bruce Timm's ends (That part of Superman story, that connect's to Superman : The animated series.(like they did for BATMAN BEYOND) on JLU.

A new series is coming. There is no info known yet. And yea, Wikipedia uis a bad place for future info. Toonzone is the best source.

so TB and this will be related?? if they do, then a cross over episode wud be awesome. or another dtv with batman and superman. ra's al ghul and lex wud be an awesome combo of villians.

Ra's, again, was in a STAS epsiode where he tries to get Superman's powers so he won't use the pits anymore.

A storyline with Luthor and Ra's teamign up but int he end, Ra's double crosses Luthor for his own goal would be interestign to watch.

Don't expect The Batman and this new show to be connected. I'm not saying they won't be but I highly doubt that they will cross over any time soon.

This will probably be an elseworlds series like The Batman is, Actually I'd prefer it that way because then they aren't limited to having to keep within the DCAU continuity.

But this is disheartening. With TB we no longer get Bat baddies in JLU, and with this new show does it mean JLU will lose Superman characters?

Then again, what if JLU ends, hmmm.....darn DC and their weird licensing, makes people more confsued (and the whole point is to NOT get people confused)

why cant they just do w/e they want with the show? that wud make it so much easier for them. how come theres 2 batmans in different shows? why cant there be 3 robins? lol. WOAH! dick(TT), jason(TB ), and tim(JLU). just a thought, but i thought it was pretty funny. but yeaa...i want to see robin in JLU or TB really bad. and since TB is elseworlds, we might not get a robin.:cry:

Where did this idea that The Batman was an Elseworlds come from? It's not an elseworlds, it's a new take thats all. The Timm universe is great and we will never get another one like for years, if ever, but The Batman is just what it is.

We won't see Robin on there until Teen Titans concludes, the WB Execs feel that it would be to much, that's why only Batman appears in JLU, they don't want overkill. To say Batman is no longer in the Justice League would be saying lets take it off the air, he has to be there.

As for TB and this new Supes show, I'm sure that somewhere down the raod they will crossover, it's tradition, dating way back to the early Radio shows when Batman & Robin met up with Supes, it will happen at some point.

i hope TT ends..i wanna see batman and robin working together. ive seen it on BTAS, but with today's animation and the martial arts used in TB, it wud be so awesome to see a young batman and robin kicking ppl's butts.

and for superman. lets hope there will be a crossover with batman. and u know STAS? there was always guest stars. do u think there will be guest stars like green lantern, flash, or aquaman in this series?
