To have a animated movie, with animation style of Dave Mckean would be wild. It would be very creepy. Im not sure if it would do that well in theaters, but definally on video.
Actually, ive never seen anything like that attempted, maybe it would do well. The books short enough to film it scene by scene. What do you think?

i dont think animated movies go to theatres anymore, lol. so even if they did, it would be a dtv.
Which wouldn't nessecarily be a negative trait, considering that (in reality), only the die-hard fans would know what's going on, or would be interested in it...

Ya, Tim's completely right.
Although the few people that actually know good film when they see it, or the arthouse cinema fans would probably see it too, if it got the press it would deserve.
But AA:SHOSE would be a seriously trippy movie. That's one of my favorite graphic novels, it scared the e out of me the first 8 times I read it. If they could pull it off right it'd be a miracle.

It'll never happen, sadly, but I can picture Dario Argento (director of such horror films as "Suspiria" doing a facinating film verison of this. his bizzare style would suit it well.
