I read somewhere that since they might use A Killing Joke for the backstory of Joker (instead of Bruce's story they'd do Joker's)
They said in the article that they might call it Batman: Killing Joke, but it was just a guess. It'd be cool if they do do that! |

I think the articel I read said they might use Killing Joke for Joker's backstory only, and not the Barbara etc. stuff.
So if they did use that as their source material it'd probably just be for backstory. (Maybe each film will delve into the character's storyline as deeply as they did for Batman in Begins, like for the nest one they do Joker's deep story, and then whoever is in the third one will get a full backstory as a focus?) |

even though jokers wild would be pretty good i don't find it fitting in with the movies dark mood. killing joke would make more sense

I agree that Joker's Wild seems a bit lighthearted. Not as dark as you'd think it'd be. I wonder if we'll have a secondary character assiting Joker (like oh...I dunno, Harley Quinn?

Killing Joke would be alright. I kinda like Escalation. It would have fit perfectly if they had called Begins "Batman Intimidation" like they said originally.
Does anyone else think they'll do something a little more....predictable? Like call it "Batman's Return" or something?

My only gripe about using "The Killing Joke" would be that it already was used in the comics and it's one of the better known stories, so IF they used that name they should have the movie be that story.
They did not use "Batman Year One" for Batman Begins even though they used elements from that storyline so maybe they will do the same for the next movie.
