Huh? When was I talking about Batman's villains being realistic? And on that note, here's some villains that are realistic and could be in a Batman Begins style movie:
1. The Penguin (as a mob boss)
2. Rupert Thorne
3. Deadshot
4. The Riddler (a more sophisticated version)
5. Two-Face
6. Hugo Strange
Name one thing that is unrealistic about any of those villains.

theyre all pretty realistic, but the some of them have their unrealisticness. like for example...what are the chances of getting acid poured on only HALF of ur face? and how cud it change ur personality and make 2 different people in one? seems unbelieavable, but with nolan's mind, im pretty sure he can make any one realistic. all he needs to do is make little twists and changes.
but u only mentioned like 6 out of 50 villians that batman has. i was thinking of the other 44 that werent realistic. haha.

The split personality of Two Face caused by his disfiguring was explained pretty well in Batman:TAS. He always had the dark evil side it was just freed by the tramatic events that happened to him. That is what makes Two Face such a cool character: he is constantly in conflict with himself.

Pretty good if he was standing perpendicular to the thrower.

He already had multiple/dissosiative personality disorder, it was just buried deep down. All it needed was a traumatic experience to bring it out. Enter acid.

Phil you're kind of contradicting yourself there. First of all, I don't know where this conversation sprung out of and it's sort of off-topic. Second, they're not certainly not going to make 44 Batman films with every unrealistic villain there is. I merely pointed out some realistic villains that Nolan could incorporate into his films. Lastly, it can't be stressed enough that Harvey was a paranoid schizophrenic for most of his life, but Two-Face didn't truly emerge until the trauma of getting acid poured on his face. Also, the acid on Two-Face's face doesn't cut down his face EXACTLY. If you look at illustrations of him from the eighties, you'll see that most of his mouth and nose are largely unaffected by the acid. It's just another thing that Schumacher wrecked. But then again, Two-Face wasn't looking so hot in BTAS either IMO.

The major actors all signed up for 3 films, so expect two more, which takes Batman out to 2010 to 2012 depending upon release dates.
I don't expect it to be a trilogy like Star Wars, more like the James Bond films with certain continuity staying the same.
If they make money there will probably be more, but maybe with a different cast.

3 films is good enuff for me. if theres any more, id probably get sick of it. well...people in general wud probably get sick of it.
