im actually gonna say no to the unkonwn casting for any role now, the begins franchice has some pretty big A list actors and even if they arent house hold names, i bet people will recognize them
they got bale, oldman, gyllenhaal, Eckhart etc
they got a really big cast, if it was a cast of pretty low list actors or unknows i would say yes, definetly but what they got now, im gonna have to say no
though i dont even want robin in any batman movies, i want this batman to stay solo

i was actually the first to think of jared as nightwing lol
oh btw big no's to eva as catwoman, shes far too short
Isla Fisher, just cant stand her, for any role
and to Mel Gibson, a few years ag ohe woulda been great but he is far too old, dent is supposed to be the same age( or younger, cant remember) as bruce, you got bale who is 33 and mel thats what?50?
and Sarah, while extreamly beautiful, is also far too old for the role you put her in, shes 3 years younger than bale, Barbara is supposed to be alot younger than bruce

BB, I'm gonna have to say no to you "No unknowns" statment. Casting for movies is about finding capable actors who fit the role your casting for. The reason they have so many "a-list" actors is because the actors they thought of justy so happened to be popular... It's not like Nolan was siting in his garage saying... "This guy is perfect for Alfred... But he's an unknown; I guess I'll just have to settle for Michael Caine."
Case in point, he cast Cillian Murphy, who was only really known as the hero in a cult horror flick, for Scarecrow... If he was only going a-list, wouldn't he have picked someone else?
Casting is about finding talent, the actors body of work is completely superflous.
Never start with the head; the victim gets all fuzzy!

Yeah, but now, im pretty sure they can find someone known or semi known/semi unknown for the part, its robin,you dont need someone with tom cruise acting abilities for that role

and sorry thedarkknightmovie,besides bale and depp, your cast is pretty awful

he has the right body, but he his pretty wooden in terms of acting. Plus isnt victor supposed to be older?
It should be Ben Kingsley or Jeremy Irons. Both older and both great actors.

You don't have to lie saying you like it but you need to respect their opinion. People can't just say "Its awful" or "He won't be a good Robin." No one can make someone else follow their opinion. People are going to have different ideas on who they think would be good in a role. |

john goodman-Too big for Penguin, penguin is supposed to be short
Jlo-No brainer, c'mon, jlo? out of all the girls in hollywood, you choose Jlo? One, shes latina and shes a bad actress, she should stick to singing.
Matt Damon-He's a good actor, I like him, but is totally wrong for the Riddler, looks wise and attitude wise
Vin Diesel- I know the Freeze i was intrduced to was older and slimmer, plus, again, he cant act. His acting is very wooden and should just stay away from the franchise
Murphy-Shes a fan fav for harley, but im sure if harleys in it, she will start off as the doctor, no doubt murphy can pull of psycho and Chaotic but i cant see her being a calm doctor. Just my opinion
