What if that somewhere in the Nolan Saga They fast foward a batman movie Where he all ready meet all his Enemies in unscene events and batman is in his early forties when he gets Robin? Imagine Batman Dark Detective Then TEN YEARS LATER Batman Begins Four?

In the comics Batman met most of his villains by the second year; just look at the line-ups in Long Halloween and Dark Victory. As for Robin; again, the second year.
So ten years isn't a bench mark the need to "fast-forward" to... Really anytime after the third film they can introduce all the villians and Robin. Considering it looks as though Dark Knight take place months after Begins, they should be at year three by movie four.
Never start with the head; the victim gets all fuzzy!
