Here's my ideal casting for future movies:

Batman - Clark Bartram Wes Bently or Christian Bale

Joker - Andrew Koenig or Adrian Brody

Catwoman - Mia Kirshner Niki Notarile or Kate Beckinsale

Alfred - Sir Ian McKellen

Scarecrow - Alan Rickman

Penguin - Maury Chaykin

Two-Face - Liev Schreiber

Posion Ivy - Angelina Jolie or any hot actress with really HUGE breasts (i don't want to say boobs because it sounds to childish)

Umm, The only dream cast I ever came up with was for the Sixties, a sort of "If they did it right" dream list.

Bruce Wayne/ The Bat-man: Gregory Peck

Alfred: Sir Alec Guiness

Harvey Dent/ Two-Face: Clint Eastwood

Those would be the main characters, and it would be sort of a Bogart Noir film meats a Forties Horror movie.

As for Dark Knight, I can't think of anyone at this moment.

DOESN?T THIS TOPIC ALREADY EXIST?

In FOREVER, JOHN LITHGOW or TIM ROBBINS could have portrayed the RIDDLER.
I prefer the Riddler in jacket and tie rather than tights.

-----

DENISE RICHARDS could have portrayed BARBARA GORDON / BATGIRL.

I think everyone agrees, PATRICK STEWART as MR. FREEZE.

-----

TERENCE STAMP or CHRISTOPHER PLUMMER could have been alternatives as RA'S AL GHUL.

JAMES SPADER similarly could have played SCARECROW.

-----

I could envision BRIAN POSEHN as ARNOLD WESKER.

I could envision MARTIN SHORT as MAD HATTER.

Patrick Steward as Mr.Freeze, I would have never thought of that.

I think Spader is to old to play Crane at the point Begins was at. And Murphy was awsome as Scarecrow, in fact the only casting I would change in Begins was Rachel Dawes and Carmine Falcone.

I have not seen Denise Richards' work, so I don't know how she would do, but she doesn't look like Batgirl from what I've seen.

And when was the last time we got a hot live action Batgirl? The last I remember was Yvonne Craig, and that was in the Sixties! In fact The last real babe in a Batman movie, IMO, was Pfeiffer in Returns.

Had this been done in 1966:

Batman/Bruce Wayne: William Reynolds
Robin/Dick Grayson: Stephen Brooks or Martin Sheen
Alfred: Efrem Zimbalist Jr.
Commissioner Gordon: Eddie Albert, Philip Abbott or Dana Andrews
Batgirl: Jill St. John
Penguin: Burgess Meredith
Catwoman: Suzanne Lloyd or Suzanne Pleshette
Joker: Cesar Romero
Riddler: Frank Gorshin
Scarecrow: Sam Waterston
Poison Ivy: Stephanie Powers

If I had the dream cast today:
Batman: Clark Bartram or Kevin Conroy
Catwoman: Catherine Zeta-Jones
Alfred: Efrem Zimbalist Jr.
Commissioner Gordon: Don (Ironside) Galloway
Nightwing: Chris O'Donnell
Poison Ivy: Roma Downey

... just to name a few

Clark Bartram looks like Bruce Wayne, and is good in the fights in "Batman: Dead End", but when he tries to act he doesn't really do a good job; it's not that noticable in "Dead End", but in "The Worlds Finest" it's painfully obvious.

It would be better if Batman was played by a actor who had the looks of Clark Bartram, had the voice of Kevin Conroy, and had the raw talent and determination of Christian Bale; but unfortunatly that man dosen't exist... to my knowledge anway

I'm not much of a Catherine Zeta-Jones fan, but I'm not a huge Catwoman fan either, so you are a better judge than I.

Roma Downey?!? She's to old and dosen't have the right facial features... But points for not picking a blonde.

As for my dream cast, I'm working on it.

P.S. To Darkdeco, I wasn't picking a favorite Batman movie babe, in which case I'd pick Kim Basinger, I was actually stating that the last time I was really attracted to an actress in a Batman movie was Michelle Pfeiffer in Returns.
