I have a couple books that have concept sketches for the Batman costume and vehicles (the same ones have been in a lot of books). I'd like to get them scanned eventually.

Nice! I saw a picture of a suit one time where the bat symbol led into the cape, which was kind of cool. My all-time favourite is definitely the Batman Begins suit and I hope they keep it much the same for the sequels.

I spent under a grand on it. The head is a batman bust that I painted up...it was sculpted by this guy:

and the rest of the suit was done with costumers...after putting everything together he stands about 6"4....I'll have a Joker to go with him really soon...here's a pic so far:
