You don't get it, boy... this isn't a mudhole... it's an operating table.
(crack!)
And I'm the surgeon.

nah...in my opinion, Batman Forever and Batman and Robin had the worst batmobiles!!!

Bandai does great work, but it's somewhat infuriating that they decided to go with 1/35, so their Batmobiles won't fit with any previous models or diecast cars out there.
Meh, they're not my favorites, but I didn't think they were too bad. I don't care for the light show or the roofless design in B&R, but they both had some interesting design concepts. |

I would still like to see Hot Wheels release the BF and B&R Batmobiles in 1:18 scale to go along with the other two Batmobiles they already released in that scale.

I still haven't finished painting the inside parts to my '50s Batmobile kit I got for Christmas last year...

Me either! I did the 60's one, but now I want to paint the floorboards silver, but I never finished the 50's one because I did not have brown for the desk.

My desk is all painted, I'm just too scared I'll mess up the tiny speedometer. Spencer needs to make a thread explaining how to paint tiny Batmobile dashboards. :shy:

Easy - Adobe Illustrator
I've pretty much stopped painting the gauges in my models, as I can make them more accurate and cleaner by printing them out and gluing them to the dashboard. I can post the files for download & print if anyone is interested.
The desk & cabinets still have to be done the old-fashioned way, I'm afraid. I did a combination of wood, marble, and ceramic on my last '50 Batmobile, but I'm going to be doing another one with all-wood desks soon. |
