I'm not going to consider these Japanese items action figures anymore, so they'll reside in the Merchandise board. They're basically statues. Tiny, overpriced, crappy statues.
I know kids these days love Anime and just about anything else born of Eastern culture, but most of the imported Batman items just don't look so great to me. These particularly are so rough and filthy looking. Robin looks like he's been investigating in the Bludhaven sewers a few days too long and is in need of a bath.
I admit, this is a pretty cool concept. They feauture some cool poses, and I love the usage of small buildings to create the perception that Batman and Catwoman are up high. But as a whole, these just aren't executed very well.
Nevertheless, 'tis my duty to spread the news on the latest junk to hit the market. Most collectors will probably buy them simply because of senseless obligation, but hopefully some fans will actually enjoy them a little, if that's possible.

I have the Catwoman one, I got it about a year and a half ago. I bought it mainly so I could see what the hell it was, lol. (It was an Ebay listing that I won for 99 cents.) It's pretty neat, and looks better than it does in that photo. I wouldn't have paid more than a few dollars for it, though. I can see these topping out at no more than $5, definitely not the $7 I've seen them for in shops.

Wow. $7 is clearly too much, but I wouldn't mind having them for 99 cents each. As I said in the original post, the perception they tried to create with the large and small buildings is kinda cool, but I don't think they look that great overall. Just dirty and messy. I'd be curious to see the actual released product.
