Ok, we know that Commissioner Gordon does not know who Batman is in the movies. Has it been revealed to him in the comics that Bruce is really Batman?

I don't know, my wife asked and I don't know because I don't keep up on the comics side as much.

It's NOT about me, It's ALL about HIM.

JC... If you don't know JC ask me...

No, it hasn't necessarily been revealed to Gordon that Batman is Bruce Wayne. But some say that after working with him for so many years, there have been signs that Gordon has figured out who he is. The comics haven't shown any notion of this in recent years, however, so I'm not certain that it's true.

In Dark Knight Returns, Jim definitely knew that Bruce and Batman were the same man, even if I'm not sure that Bruce knew that. I am fairly sure that Jim knows the truth nowadays, just as I think Perry White might know the truth in Metropolis about Superman.

Batman tried to reveal his identity to Gordon toward the end of No Man's Land as a sign of trust. Jim refused to look because he could not bear the burden of knowing Batman's true identity.

There have been several imaginary/elseworld stories where he know like Dark Knight Returns and Red Rain.

I am sure that he has his suspicions, but does not know for sure.

As for Perry White and Superman, why would Perry think that Superman has a secret identity? The best think working to keep Clark Kent and Superman seperate in the public eye is that most people assume that Superman is always Superman.

Batman thinks that Perry White knows that Clark Kent is Superman. This is revealed in Hush, if memory serves.

I had forgotten that.

From Hush Chapter 4:

"Perry White is too goof a reporter not to have uncovered Clark's secret. And yet, he acts otherwise...

...reminding me how good a detective Jim Gordon is back in Gotham City..."
