Is Haunted Knight a prequel, sequel, or not connected to Long Halloween and Dark Victory?

It's a collection of three Halloween specials by the same team that preceded TLH by a few years. They're considered to have happened on Batman's first 3 Halloweens, though like all LOTDK tales, it's really up to you whether or not you consider it canon. The stories themselves are unrelated to TLH and DV.

I actually prefer Haunted Knight over The Long Halloween I don't know why though.

Haunted Knight is a stand alone title; it was made by the same people who did Long Halloween, but it was made before it.

I didnt pick this up yet.
still need to read Blind Justice before i buy any more comics.
