After years of flirting , The Cat & Mouse game, & the seduction game etc. Batman & Catwoman finally admit Their madly in Love with each , Don't you think it's time they both take the next step in their relationship ? I mean Bruce knows Who Selina is, She "Now" knows Who Bruce is, (And everyone else Knows how they both feel about each, Alfred, Dick ,Babs & Tim, also Leslie.)
To me Batman & Catwoman relationship is very much like Lois & Clark's(When Bruce is around Selina he's happy(really happy ,not faking it) , he's at peace, everything in his life seems to be prefect.) The same was happend to Clark when he was around Lois. Bruce has had too many bad things happen in his life, and I think it's about time he have a little happenss in his life. Selina just like Lois has a way to make Bruce feel both Loved and happy (that none of the other past girlfriends of Bruce had could do.)I Think the two of them would make a prefect couple, They were made for each other . It's time Bruce have a soulmate , and I think Selina Kyle is The prefect wife for him.
What do you guys think ?

i dont know about wife and in hush volume two bruce grabs selina hurting her and selina backs away saying something like so its over now? i dont remember cuz i havent read hush in a long time. so i dont know if they still have a relationship.

if they get married, then bruce wudnt have the feeling to fight crime. hed be too happy to care. then someone wud have to take over. coff coff TIM DRAKE!!! coff coff
but uhh...yea...bruce is the best bats, so we shud keep it that way.

Eh, no. They ain't gettin' married. If I remember correctly, in the last few pages of Hush, Batman starts feeling a bit of distrust toward Catwoman in how their relationship had progressed and thinks it may have been just another part of Hush's plan to get to Batman and destroy him.
Last I saw (during War Games), it seemed that these days they're pretty much on the same side, fighting as Gotham's vigilantes. They both know each other's true identities, yeah, and are aware of the chemistry between them, but unless a story goes into some sort of future reality, we aren't gonna see them get hitched. Besides, they really aren't perfect for each other anyway. And unless by "at peace" you mean Batman's constantly on his toes ready for anything, I can't say I agree. Practically whenever the two are together it's when they're being chased down by Poison Ivy-influenced Superman, or beating down on gangsters.

But in (Catwoman #32) After Bruce Thought Selina had die at the hands of Zeiss, He realized how much he care for her & was happy she wasn't dead and was still alive. They have this sweet little moment on a rooftop, then decide to give a try at that "normal" thing so many couples do.

I'd love for someone to write an arc revolving soley around Bruce and Selina and where those two go. Maybe not get married, that'd be going far, but maybe just trying to work together all the time both in the streets and in life.
Lately I've been getting dissapointed. Bruce and Selina are supposed to be together darned it, but they did seem to go their seperate ways (as far as dating) recently, and even in The Batman they don't seem to be growing close at all (its inevitable they will but not very soon by the looks of it)

In continuity it will never happen. Things will possibly lead to a future story that could show it, but they won't change things like that.
I like how they are alluding to this though. There is a retro movement going through the DCU now. In Pre-Crisis Earth 2, Bruce retires from being Batman and marries Selina Kyle. Huntress is their daughter, Helena Wayne. Creators have been really taking a lot of stuff from that time period. I guess because they are a younger generation than those before them. Making for good stories though.

Hm. That is an interesting story. I don't follow Catwoman's comic series very often, so I never caught that. Still, as Darknight said, we probably won't see it taken further than that.

IF DC ever decided to let Bruce get married, I'm sure it would be to Selena. They are meant for each other. But no, it'll never happen.

hmm if it happened i think it would take out some of batmans edge cuz hes so happy to be married. and batmans edge is why i like him so much, so i dont know

Anybody read the "Abosolute Power" arc in Superman/Batman. THere was a scene early on where CLark and Bruce rule the world living ideal lives. Clark is naturally married to Lois, but Bruce and Selina aren't even married then. Really gives a nice contrast between the characters.

They slept together in Catwoman #39 or #38...can't remember which. But Rucka has said in no uncertain terms that Bruce/Batman will NOT have a serious relationship with anyone anytime soon. It should be a big hint that that is true because the relationship thing is really only in her comics and hasn't barely been mentioned, if at all, in any of the other Bat titles and JLA. I believe at this point it is just a sex thing. Occasionally....or twice to be exact.
Bruce isn't ever going to get married...and he shouldn't. |

I guess it goes to show that it's not really 'written in stone' that they become married in the future. Or maybe Loeb was just forgetful. As far as I remember there isn't a mention of her death or anything, but maybe that could be Loeb's excuse. If she was a cat burglar, she probably would've suffered dearly by the hands of the Batman of that reality.

well Kal-El in the golden age bruce eventually gets married to her or vis versa which ever one sounds better any way at times i think she is just sexually toying with him but they do appear to have this love hate relationship but then again bruce has countless of women like julie madison linda page vicki vale st. silvercloud talia barbra gordon (animated series) vesper fairchild batwoman huntress just to name a few but they might have something special
