Silver Bullet Comics' All the Rage has interviewed Brian Azarello. In the interview he announced that he is writing a miniseries featuring the Joker with art by Lee Bermejo. Click the link for details and cover art from one of the issues.
The miniseries should be pretty good Azarello did a great job of analyzing Lex in the miniseries and it turned out to be much better than Ararello's runs in Superman and Batman. Stay tuned for a release date when announced.

I can't get enough of Bermejo's highly detailed and realistic art. Some of my favorite stuff out there today, and I think it found its perfect match with The Joker. I might at least get the first issue and see what the story's like. I still have some issues of Luthor's mini-series that I haven't read, but it seemed well written.
Those Fantastic Four Nike shoes on that link are pretty cool to look at. Not that I'd want to wear them...

I think the Book is going to be great, because the Joker is in it, and he has always been one of my favorite Batman villians. There is always alot of action in any book that has Batman going against the Joker. I love to see the interaction between the two of them~ the issues are suspensful, but there is usually an element of humor in them as well. I think both of those aspects of the Batman/Joker relationship make for a really good issue.
