GREEN LANTERN: REBIRTH - we should all be familiar with this one
----------------------------------------------------
I have read about 80% of those and they are all pretty good stories. Pretty good list to get caught up on the last 15 years of stuff plus the essentials form before then. You might skip out on some of the later Green Lantern stuff. I didn't really like the title after Ron Marz left.
I know you said that you didn't want suggestions for other things, but I think that the Batman Dark Knight Archives starts with Batman #1 and the Batman Archives starts with Batman's first appearance in Detective #27. I haven't really looked at the Dark Knight archives, but if the other starts earlier you may want it first.
DK is right, the Dark Knight archives begin with Batman #1, and the Batman archives begin with his first appearance in Detective #27. It's also available for only $20, so that one is a no-brainer. Other than that, these are the ones I recommend most:
BATMAN IN THE SEVENTIES
BATMAN: HAUNTED KNIGHT
BATMAN: STRANGE APPARITIONS
BATMAN: TALES OF THE DEMON
NIGHTWING YEAR ONE
BATMAN: THE KILLING JOKE
BATMAN: A DEATH IN A FAMILY
BATMAN: LONELY PLACE OF DYING
BATMAN: SWORD OF AZRAEL
KNIGHTFALL 1-3
BATMAN: PRODIGAL
BATMAN: CONTAGION
BATMAN: LEGACY
BATMAN: CATACLSYM
BATMAN: NO MAN'S LAND 1-5
GOTHAM CENTRAL 1: IN THE LINE OF DUTY
GOTHAM CENTRAL 2: HALF A LIFE
BATMAN: OFFICER DOWN
BRUCE WAYNE: MURDERER?
BRUCE WAYNE: FUGITIVE 1-3
BATMAN: DEATH OF THE MAIDENS
BROKEN CITY
==========================
BATMAN/HUNTRESS: A CRY FOR BLOOD
BATMAN ANIMATED
===========================
SUPERMAN: THE MAN OF STEEL (1-4?)
SUPERMAN: RED SON
SUPERMAN: FOR ALL SEASONS
THE FLASH: BORN TO RUN
===========================
GREEN LANTERN: EMERALD DAWN
--------------------------------------------------
GREEN LANTERN: EMERALD DAWN I & II - Hal's origin
ZERO HOUR: CRISIS IN TIME
THE FINAL NIGHT - Hal sacrifices himself to re-ignite the sun.
GREEN LANTERN: REBIRTH - we should all be familiar with this one
I haven't read most of the later GL stuff, but the issues where Kyle is just taking over as Green Lantern are pretty good. I know you said no recommendations, but if you want to read Zero Hour, you need to read Crisis on Infinite Earths fisrt, if you haven't already. Zero Hour is a direct sequel, and it'll be much more enjoyable if you've read Crisis. I no longer have Flash: Born to Run, but I read it years ago and loved it. Geoff Johns' run on the book, which wrapped recently, was even better.
I haven't read much Wonder Woman, but I have ordered the trades of Greg Rucka's runon the book, after picking up a few recent issues. Rucka's writing just won me over. The man does not know how to write a bad story. He also wrote Huntress: Cry for Blood and the Gotham Central trades on your list, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
As much as I love Brian Azzarello and everything else he has done-- which includes the excellent 100 Bullets, the noir masterpiece Broken City, and the recently-released western Loveless-- I wound up really disliking his Superman run. I'd avoid For Tomorrow like the plague. The Man of steel trades, reprinting the post-Crisis reboot issues by Byrne, Wolfman, Ordway, et al, are great. I have all but the most recent, and there is some great stuff in those. They're old school, but good, solid superhero comics. Don't hesistate to pick 'em up.

I couldn't get that last issue or two of Superman: Return to Krypton, but I thought it was an interesting time travel story. I'm not big on McGuinness's art, but in exploring Krypton the story itself was cool.
Might be hard to follow at times, but Green Lantern: Rebirth was really neat too, exploring the origins of Parallax. There's a lot of stories on your list that I've been wanting to read myself. People seem to praise the Green Lantern-Green Arrow stuff from the Adams/O'Neil era also.
I agree with Drunken Fist's top Batman picks. Mostly essential stories. Unless you're wanting to see exactly what goes down in Robin Unmasked, I probably wouldn't pick it up. The illustrations are hard to look at, and the characters can seem really... uncharacteristic.
