I would not get too anxious for Batman/Spawn because it will probably get delayed as most things that Todd McFarlane is involved with do. Is it not the thrid crossover since there were two back in the 90's? One was Batman/Spawn put out by DC and the other was Spawn/Batman put out by Image.
I could not get past the art in Secrets and Year One Hundred. Snow was originally printed in Legends of the Dark Knight and was not really the best of stories. If you are interested in it, I would read a little of it before buying if you can. What is Batman: Detective? I can't immediately recall a new trade by that name or find anything on the DC page.
Batman/Superman vs. Aliens and Predator is just corny sounding enough to be a lot of fun. Since it is ony a couple of pretige format books I wil probably pick it up. Brave and Bold looks to be pretty good. Detective and Confidential have been pretty good. I look foward to the second issue of Confidential this week.
Legends only has a couple of issues left in the title. It has been cancelled and replaced with Confidential, but I like having Batman limited to two current continuity titles a month. It just hasn't worked with the stories in Legends being in some ambiguous time frame between now and Year One.

This Inner Demons is a third Batman/Spawn but it's a sequal to the first Batman/Spawn (frank miller) not Spawn Batman War Devils.
Batman Detective is 6 or seven collected issues of Dini's run.
And Batman and Superman vs. Aliens and Predators is gonna rock expect a blood bath.
Brave and the Bold will be awesome cause It's Batman and the BEST Green Lantern of all time Hal Jordan.
