There is rumored to be a new title called Streets of Gotham coming later this year, which would focus on the GCPD. Judging by recent comments, Rucka would probably not be involved with it, though. And at this point, we still don't have confirmation.
I hadn't read that it would focus on the GCPD. I figured that it would focus on Montoya (and maybe Bullock) as a private detective. That would seem like it would be a good step from the cover of Gotham Central #40. Hopefully next week when the new solicitations come out we'll have an idea as to what some more of the new series are. Crisis #4 come out next week too, so maybe Didio will tell us a little more.

It may well focus on Montoya rather than the entire GCPD. Like I said, it's all rumors at this point. I actually wouldn't mind reading a series about Montoya, I really like the character. The first Batman comic I bought myself was the one in which she first appeared, coincidentally.
