Batman's already teamed up with tons of heroes like Spider-Man, Daredevil, Spawn, Darkness, Danger Girls, Punisher, etc. I was wondering if there were other heroes he hasn't met and would like to see work together.
I'm not sure this character still exists but if he does, I'd like to see Batman meet Shadowhawk. I read Batman was an inspiration in creating Shadowhawk so it would make sense to meet.

I have no idea why, but I'd like to see Batman vs. Terminator... The story would suck; but the action would rock.
The Terminator is an awsome movie monster because he's grounded in reality; he can't be killed because he's made of really tough metal, it's actually very plosible if you ignore the time travel thing.
Similairly, Batman is an awsome comic book hero because he's grounded in reality; he's a little over the top, but still human.
That would make a bloody good action sequance; But I don't know if that would counter act the plot hole of the Terminator's story begining with an apocalypse that was supposed to be ten years ago.
As for other comics... I have no clue.
Never start with the head; the victim gets all fuzzy!

I've always entertained the notion of an Elseworlds story that would have Batman up against the diabolical genius of Dr. Caligari, from the silent film "The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari." The film is German Expressionism in its purest form. The Batman: Nosferatu story borrows heavily from that film, but I've always wanted to see a confrontation between the two characters. The styles would mesh perfectly, and Caligari and the somnabulist Cesare would be seamless additions to the rogues gallery, if that were possible.
