Gotham County Line #2 of 3
Part two of the prestige format miniseries that features Batman investigating murders in the Gotham suburbs. The first issue was pretty good with a nice horror movie style ttwist at the end. This issue promises to maintain the level of the story.
Catwoman: When in Rome
The third miniseries by Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale that delves into the early years of Gotham's heroes and villains. This focuses on Catwoman, and her dealings with the Falcone crime family.
Detective Comics #813
Part 11 of the 12 part "City of Crime" story features Batman continuing his undercover investigation.
JLU #15
The League must stop a gang that is armed with high-tech superweapons including Mr. Atom. Yeah, I don't know what Mr. Atom is either.
The OMAC Project
Collecting the 6 part miniseries that sparked the Infinite Crisis. If you missed the issues of this series, pick this up. This collection also includes Wonder Woman #219.
Outsiders #30
Featuring the return of one of the original Outsiders, Katana, returns to face the supernatural onslaught that was released at the end of the Day of Vengeance series.
Superman #223
Supergirl tells her cousin that she is going with Donna Troy to put a stop to the Crisis.

I still don't have that Wonder Woman issue that was essential to the OMAC story, still haven't gotten anymore in at Comic World. I think it was pretty stupid to put that big o' chunk of the story into a different book. Maybe I was just in a bad mood (like I am as I type this), but I didn't like OMAC Project as much as I'd hoped either. Reading the Brother I stuff got really annoying too. The " location:_metropolis// mainframe_acquiring_targets//" type stuff

You really didn't miss anything essential to the OMAC storyline. All the essential event swere summarized in the OMAC issue that followed up on the "Sacrifice" story arc. Matter of fact, the first 2 chapters of "Sacrifice" were completely disposable, with only the final 2 chapters-- the Adventures of Superman and Wonder Woman issues, both written by Rucka-- containing all the real meat of the story. OMAC is still my favorite of the IC countdown series, closely followed by Villains United. I just wish we hadn't had two art teams for most of the issues.
It is strange if you think about how most people (at least the ones I heard from) were most interested in OMAC, but the biggest event to happen in the book happened in a tie in issue of Wonder Woman. At least they included it in the trade. Cale, if you can't find that issue, I can pick up a later printing of it at my comic shop. Let me know.
As an aside, do you guys click the links above the descriptions to go to the comic descriptions? I have changed the format on a lot of things because of the new sites. They seem easy enough to read, but I need another few sets of eye to look at them for me.

B)the format ur using now looks nice and crisp DK, keep up the good work. out of this bunch i only picked up the detective issue...lol im the only one still following city of crime arent i?
i have to say after this arc was lagging for quite some time this issue really picked this up better than any other before it. weve finally gotten to the aprt where things are almost revealed, yet still at a point where we can try and guess whats going to happen. itd be interesting to see who the real bigtime mastermind behind all this really is next month. well written with good art, nice all around

I don't ever click to read the issue descriptionsw, mostly because I've already read all of DC's solicits and I know about as much as we can know before actually reading the issue. The format you're using looks fine to me, though.
I'm still following "City of Crime." I found it pretty boring for the first few chapters, but ever since Bruce went undercover in Crown Point, my interest has picked up. When he finally suited up as Batman and prepared to enter Robinson Park at the end of last issue, I said "FINALLY!" 'Bout damn time he suited up and put an end to all this madness. The next 2 chapters should be good. Honestly, the story feels like a six issue arc that was padded to make it span an entire year.

I have gotten to the point that all year long arcs feel like that. A year is just too long to maintain a story, and keep it where all the issues feel neccessary. So much just feels like filler. It may be a problem with all modern writers, more and more often I find myself thinking that a story could have been an issue or two shorter, and told just as good a story.
