I have been reading Frank Millar's All Star Batman & Robin in the forum of the hardback "graphic novel" that has issues 1-9.

In it, Batman is the half-crazed psychopathic nut-job version. It is quite a bit like a character from Miller's Sin City series.
Also, his vision of Gotham City and "Basin City" (Sin City) is very much the same. It is almost as if Basin City is the non-DC version of Gotham, as envisioned by Miller . . .

What are everyone-else's thoughts?

(Sorry if this is a repeat topic, but Search didn't show up anything.)

Also, I read the B&R All Star initially because I LOVE the Hot Wheels die-cast based on the series, even if not entirely accurate. Of course, as the car changes from panel-to-panel, making ANYTHING "accurate" is impossible . . .
I just LOVE that cast and have bought 6-7 of them. It is "THE" Batmobile in my "O-gauge layout world" in my fun-room.
I HOPE more castings are done of it in the future. Somehow, it captures so much of the Batmobile "essence" in a single cast of a sleek car that works REAL well in various eras and along side "streamline" cars and sports cars. It just "screams" Batmobile to me. I'd love one with a clear windshield where-in one can actually SEE the interior.
If I see another on the retail peg, I will get it, drill out the rivets (as a test for my 1/43 Corgi 66 cars), and vacuform a clear windshield for it . . .

Sum Nox!

Yeah, I think Sin City's based on Miller's vision of Gotham. He worked on Batman before Sin City was even a spark at the wick of a set of dynamite in Miller's insanely ingenious mind.
