Yes and no. Bruce doesn't want Dick to be Batman, but not because of Jason per say. While Dick has proven himself time and time again, Batman attracts more criminals and villains than Nightwing does, which makes being Batman more dangerous.
In the end, Bruce will be the only Batman, but then what of Dick? Chris Kent is currently Nightwing, so will we have two of them or will Dick be the only one? Or should Dick take on a new ID?

If you've been keeping up with the Superman titles, you'll know that Chris Kent, AKA Nightwing sacrificed himself to the Phantom Zone to save Superman. So there we have it. Currently there is no more Nightwing.

lol im actually impressed with damien as robin because when i first heard the news i thought he would get a role close to jason todds kinda sideckick while tim stayed on as robin but damein isnt doing as bad a job as steph did.

Yes i havent read the comics with steph in them but i heard she failed horribly as Robin. oh and Raz about the combine harvester, i know somebody who is a wheat farmer.
