and i would make a comic, but i'm really not creative at all. i can't make up good stories. maybe i could do short comedies or something, but i'm not funny either.

I like that artwork way better than the way "The Batman" is drawn. I think Batman should look like american artwork, not Japnese.

well if it doesn't look anime, then ok, but I still think they could put more time into it. The people look to edgy, and cartoony. I'm not sayin a cartoon shouldn't look cartoony, but with Batman, he should at least have a realisticness to him; kinda like Batman the Animated Series.

nah man...BTAS was more unrealistic. square chin, hugh shoulders, small head, tiny feet, etc. it may be the coloring that distracts people. i think people tend to like dark desaturated colors in batman cartoons.

well, now that you mention it, I guess you're right... kinda. I think it adds to the toughness of him; makes him look mean, and built. Though I guess I'm byast on that, because it's my favorite series. Oh well, I still love the animation, and the way it's done better than "The Batman".

BTAS is my favorite series too. but i prefer the designs of TB more; and the animation is very fluid and clean.

BTAS is better than TB in probably every way besides animation..but that's just cuz it's outdated. and as for character designs, that's just preference.

Yea, I like BTAS charater design better.

I have a question on the animation in BTAS though. Did they draw all of it? Or did they draw most of it and use the computer to do movements?

BTAS was cel animated. There was no computer animation, with the acception of the movies CGI. Basically, they drew everything.

that's what I thought. I'm not quite sure what cell animation is though, but I was postive that it was drawn.

they're all "drawn," but these days, they use computers and tablets to do them. with the comp, there's no film grain or specs or anything. and the frames per second is more than before.

i really like the animation in TB; the fights, explosions, and everything are great. it's like a michael bay movie turned to cartoon.

hmm, well I haven't got much to say about it, because I've never sat down and watched an episode. 1 because Idon't know when and where it's on, and 2 I've been pretty byast, because I thought it looked too anime. Well, I just don't really like the new cartoons in general though. I guess i have a wierd facsination with the older cartoons, and I just don't give credit to the new ones, because in the old days they drew it all, and I liked the look. I'm just a classic kinda guy. I should put myself through an episode before long, so I can say I like the series or not, and be able to back it up for other reasons than just that I don't like the animation. Thats also why I didn't like season 4 BTAS as much as the other 3 seasons. I really liked the way the first 3 seasons looked, and I gave season 4 a chance, and like the epidsodes OK, but never really appreciated it because of the change in style.
