Well, ive had tons of free time at school, so ive been practicing drawing all types of Batman. And today i just drew this one. So i was going to post it since i think its good. So here it is:

proportions are messed up more than it's supposed to be, but it's a good start. having unrealistic proportions isnt a bad thing necessarily, but you need to do it the right way...if that makes any sense.

study the proportions of a batman figure you own. you made batman's torso a little too big.

once you've got the proportions down, then u can go screwy with it, and see what you like. i personally like drawing over-sized shoulders and calves, small torso, skinny waist, small head, etc.

school art classes can help a little too.

ok , umm may i see some of your other art, so can see how you do it? Also, is there any books or sites that will teach me these things? Thanks for the info so far too Phil!
