Excellent job Batgirl, I myself work as an artist (unforturnately not a Comicbook Artist) and you are up there with some of the best. If you can just create your own style, I'm sure you would have a great future ahead of you. Keep up the good work.

Criminals are a superstitious cowardly lot.
So my disguise must be able to strike terror into their hearts, I must become a creature of the night, black, terrible..a.a..a bat!
That's it! It's an omen. I shall become a BAT!

I'm working on my own style, but it's pretty hard considering how many times I've drawn a jim lee style and how many styles are out there already. I'll post the pictures I drew, when I finish, and you guys can tell me if you think it's different enough. wink

OMG! I was expecting something kinda cheesy but when I scrolled down I was surprised! Those pix are awesome! I love both of them, the B&W one & the color too! I have a blog where in RARE times I post Batman ARTWORK. I usually cover the Fine Art Painting angle & shy way from "comic book art" . Not that I have anything against it ( I Love It ) but only because there's so much out there. But this is great! Can I have your permission to do a posting of this?

Basically I would just present the pictures with a small interview, just a few questions. Like how long have you been drawing, when did you start, who are your influences, etc...?
If you have a website I might link the story to that. I've done a few minor articles on artists & it's something I wanna expand.

At my page I just try to have well-rounded Batman-Related posts that have humor, art, new product info, etc...Please check out my site & see if ya like it 1st, then e-mail if you would like a short interview & I'll set it up.

Thanx, Tommmmmy

"Hot damn!" was actually the very first phrase I said in my first BYTB forum post three years ago. "Damn" was automatically censored, but when I became a staffer, I modified the censor word list. Smile

Batgirl's inked version is excellent. I keep scanning it up and down trying to find a flaw, but it looks perfect and professional as heck. The way Batman's face catches just a bit of yellow lighting from the background buildings is wonderful. I would almost think Batgirl would have some more lighting from them on her head but perhaps not.
