the drawing of batman and nightwing were from jim lee and the robin was from scott mcdaniel.

i just edited them to have the TNBA costumes. batman didnt really change from its original form, except the blue turned into black. for nightwing, i changed the blue bird logo and his mask. for robin, i just changed some colors around.

the only TNBA costume that id like to be adapted into comics is the robin one. its much darker. the others in the comics are just fine, but robin is a little too bright. and im not really sure what happened to nightwing, but he has a red suit for some reason!!!!! hes working for slade or sumthing...do u think hes(nightwing) gnna die?

Nice manipulations. Nightwing looks a lot better than I thought he would with the bird looking symbol.

Nightwing is working with Deathstroke (the character called Slade in the Teen Titans cartoon). He is training Deathstroke's daughter Ravager. It is still not really been told if he is just trying to get to the source of the Society of Supervillain's leadership, or if he has actually joined the villains. Also, he has changed his name to Renegade (lame isn't it). In a recent interview at COMIC BOOK RESOURCES.com, Devin Grayson, the Nightwing writer, said that she isn't getting the chance to do the same story that she ahd planned. So no telling how this is going to wrap up.

Those're really cool, I always love seeing these combination takes. Good job, Phil.

With Batman I'd maybe consider darkening and dulling down the color of his belt, and giving him a more TNBA styled chest logo if possible.

Nightwing's missing the mullet, but he's real nice. The mask reminds me of Kyle Radner as Green Lantern.

I remember disliking Robin's costume in TNBA when it first premiered. I still don't think it's all that great with those red pants, but if they were to darken the red a lot it could work nicely for the comic book Robin.

Funny, that's alway's been my favorite Robin costume...I was always kind of "meh" on his traditional look, and thought the TNBA was a great revision. I agree the reds should be darker, though.

Nice work, Phil!

I suppose with those not-so-dark pants on the legs of a thin boy like that, it just made me think of pajamas. And my older brother immediately thought they were terrible, so that may've taken a little effect on me. The look fits li'l TNBA Tim though, and I'm surprised at how great that looks on the comic Robin. At least he doesn't have to worry about blood stains. Smile

Nice work, Phil. Those are two of my favorite artists. Yeah, I think that's my favorite Robin costume also. But Nightwing's missing the mullet, like Caleson said big grin.

yea i was thinking of putting the mullet on him, but it wud be too hard. i cud try it, but it wont look like it was there in the first place; meaning it being clean.

itll look like some retard put a black scrath on his head, lol.

and for the bat logo on batman's chest looking more like TNBA and robin's red being darker, i can do. ill post up my revisions later. thanks for the tip guys.

Caleson said to dull batman's belt. i misread it and made it darker, lol. oh well..i tried nightwing's mullet. now it looks like his hair is tied back, lol. and the robin looks better IMO.

and sucks about nightwing, i mean renegade. lol. hopefully he comes back as nightwing. but this is in nightwing comics right? so he shud probably be back to normal some day...unless the change the title to renegade:bigeek:

Nice touch with the Nightwing hair, I didn't think you would be able to pull it off that well.

I love the Nightwing with long hair! that's really impressive! And I agree about the Robin costume, the red one looks way cooler.

And Nightwing, yeah I don't like him being bad. I wonder what the writer originally planned (permanent evil perhaps?)
