at last i have made a mini comic! haha...i know it's not as good as my regular pictures, but oh my goodness...it took so long. i could handle the drawing and inking, but the coloring took forever...and my coloring isnt even all that detailed in this.
anyways...my goal was to make a modern version of the adam west batman, lol. i couldnt think of a dialogue. i wanted to make it funny, but i couldnt think of anything.
Excellent work, Phil! I agree with Chris - I kind of like the look of it without dialogue. maybe just a few words in the panels below the splash, but that's it.
There is one thing that I would suggest: the Batmobile's steering wheel & column look a little like they are angled toward the drivers' door. If you angled the column so it was pointed towards Batman's chest emblem and made the wheel more oval, it would be perfect. Mechanical objects are a lot less forgiving than organics when it comes to foreshortening and perspective, so I know it can be tricky.
