(( I seriously have no idea but yeah. Chloe is from Smallville))
NOTE: This is for something I'm working w/ Timothy Mably on. It's just a scene I thought of for our collab story.
Idea: Chloe gets a VIP pass to an event held by (my Batman FC) Erin Knightly (who has teamed up with Chloe to help Chloe get a story for the Gotham paper.)

Once she was able to get in, using her VIP pass, which Chloe was rather excited about having for one thing, she scanned the crowed for her partner in journalism. She'd say 'crime' but it wasn't really a crime to sneak around and try to get a story. Was it? The blond had dressed casually but still fit in with the crowd that was around her. Erin had told her to come however she felt comfortable.
Chloe spotted a blur of red hair and went to turn around when she bumped into a taller looking young man with dark brown hair and eyes to match. Chloe nearly felt her face flush. Mostly from embarrassment. Usually she was much more careful than that.
"Oops. Sorry about that", Chloe apologized.
"No problem", He smiled at her, touching her shoulder in reassurance.
"Wait", Chloe grinned, getting excited, "Aren't you Bruce Wayne?"
"I am", Bruce told her, sticking his hand out.
"Very, very nice to meet you", Chloe exclaimed, shaking his hand.
"Okay, so maybe he is kinda cute", Chloe thought privately.
But not why she was here. Chloe looked over Bruce's shoulder as Erin walked over. Erin seemed to clean up really good. She looked really pretty. The redhead smiled as she came to stand by her and Bruce.
"Hi Chloe, glad you could make it", Erin brightly smiled, "And nice to see you again Bruce", she inclined her head.
Chloe made a mental note on how to follow Erin's lead when talking to men. Erin didn't seem that interested in Bruce and for some reason, Chloe found this odd. Bruce reminded Chloe of Clark, in a few ways. Chloe was about to say something when a man, a good two feet shorter than them, walked over, gently and lightly touching Erin's arm, making the redhead blush and smile at him.
Chloe just raised an eyebrow and Erin noticed her friend's quizzical look.
"Chloe, this is my boyfriend Oswald Cobblepot", Erin introduced.
"Erin can't be serious!" Chloe thought.
To put it in nice words, Oswald wasn't Bruce. But Chloe didn't want to say anything, as Erin seemed to have a adventurous taste in men and that was Erin's personal business.
"So your the "famous" Ozzy I heard so much about", Chloe quoted with her fingers and acted surprised.
"Talking about me to your friends again, darling?" Oswald asked, smiling up at Erin playfully.
"Maybe", Erin replied back just as playfully.
Bruce made a wrinkle in his nose and politely excused himself. Chloe decided to follow his lead and decided she'd talk to Erin later.
"I'm just gonna...you know...walk around a bit", Chloe told Erin, holding up her camera.
Oswald was already half leading Erin back across the crowded room.
"Alright. We'll meet up later?" Erin suggested as she disappeared into the crowed.
"Oh...okay", Chloe stated lamely, waving just as lamely and then turning to find where Bruce went.
He hadn't gone far and she caught up to him.
"Wow", Chloe spoke up once she was next to Bruce, she raised her eyebrows and made an "O" with her mouth, as though they had been talking the entire time.
After her initial shock was over, she grabbed Bruce's arm and looked at him.
"She likes him?" Chloe spoke up again, thumbing behind her and making sure to keep her voice down. She looked as though she couldn't believe it.
"Tell me something I don't know", Bruce muttered aloud for no apparent reason.
Just one of the things Batman was working on.
