Here’s another simple head swap custom of mine. I don’t know why Mattel didn’t make this figure in the first place. She looks nice next to my The Batman Unmasked custom figure.
I swapped a The Batman EXPBlaster Batgirl head onto a The Batman EXP Batgirl figure. I then trimmed the cowl away from the rest of the body piece that came with Blaster Batgirl and there you have it.
On the Batgirl figure there is a very tight “T” shaped head post and I could not get the head back on without cutting. So the head on this figure comes off if you pick it up by the head. I could have glued in on, but I wanted to be able to turn it and this figure will never be played with anyways. I also had a bit of trouble with the neck of the cape sticking out from under the neck part of the cowl. It's not as tight to the body once the head comes off. I started to glue it down too, but was afraid I might make it worse.
Yea great job, and we do need an actual store sold one. Yea and the Robin one too, but really all you need is a re-paint. Well nah, they would have to sell an unmasked version for a swap.
