Greetings, all! I'm James, and I've been a fan of the Batman for quite a while. I first got into it through the animated series in the 90s, and then when I was 10, I watched Tim Burton's films for the first time. I didn't discover the comics until quite a while later, though.

So I'm kind of an all-around fan -- I love the comic books/graphic novels, animated versions, and films by Tim Burton and Chris Nolan (though I prefer Nolan's by a substantial margin). And hey, who knows? If you get me drunk enough, you might even succeed in persuading me to sit through one of Shumacher's films once again. (Lotsa luck. wink)

Looking forward to meeting all my fellow Bat-fans and causing a bit of chaos and mayhem on the side. joker BTW, I love the smileys you have here!

Hi James, good to meet you buddy. You've pretty much mirrored my own startings with Batman. Tim Burton and then the animated series.
