Well.. first.. Welcome!

Second, your site.. hmm big grin

Your going have to take this as conbstructive criticism constructive, from someone whose done this for a LONG time...

The first thing.. get rid of ULTIMATE. BYTB is the largest site on the net, and no where will you find ULTIMATE. To be the ultimate means not only ever bit of information that there is, but also the #1 site on the net. The closest site that can say that is The Worlds Finest They are pretty much the Ultimate Animated DC Site.

Second, get rid if Iframes. Only ;azy webmasters who know nothing about how to build a site use those. Okay, maybe thats not totally true, but it does screw up search engines.

Third, the front page looks pretty good. Try a few differnt versions though, make sure your in love with it.

Need any help with anything, let me know, I'll do what I can!

Tables are the best. It really depends on how much you're willing to put into the site.

Looks pretty good, and welcome to the boards! Beyond hit the most important point about frames, s o since you've moved away from those you're going the right direction.

Any thoughts on branching out to include the '60s movie or the animated movie(s)?

What are you going to cover on this site? Canon? Photo galleries? Behind the scenes? Props? Gadget lists?

Looks cool, batman1989. Ya know, you're the only other Iowan I know of on this board.

One little thing that could be done graphically is make the Batman Returns logo at the top tinted more of a blue or purple to differentiate it more from the golden 1989 logo.

I agree with Beyond; it is a bit annoying for any sites to proclaim themselves as the very best. We may end up sounding like that on occasion, but we try to avoid it. Smile

All in all I think the front page looks pretty good. Good luck with the site.

I've got to say, just sticking to the movies doesn't seem to give that much scope for reading (?), and in turn, returning hits. I've never really thought about it, but that would be my take on it (you've only got 5 films - and one of them is desperate).

It's been mentioned about possibility of including the West/Ward movie and BTAS - I definitely don't think it would be a bad idea to include those (if at all possible). It's just a personal thing, but I'd go so far as to say that BTAS is my favourite Dark Knight of any description (although it can depend on what day you catch me).

All the best with it.

I'm still wondering what level of information is going to be on the site, is it simple stuff like information on the movie, or are you going to have a list of gadgets used in the film, or maybe character bios.

I going to try have it the most information on the movies as possible..... I will be doing the 1966, and Batman Mask of Phantasm, Batman Subzero, and The Other Animated films I can't think atop of my head.... I'm not shure on Batman Beyond though......
