Darknight brought up an interesting point in the Teen Titans thread, which got me curious: how do you keep your DVDs? Are they organized alphabetically, arranged by genre, or just in a big pile somewhere? I have them on a set of shelves arranged by title, with TV series box sets seperated out onto their own shelf.
I have my TV shows mixed in with my movies on a bookshelf all in alphabetical order, except for the DC animated stuff. That is, mainly for space reasons, on a seperate bookshelf in what I have tried to figure out to be continuity order.
Within the movies my Batman movies (the 40's serials through Begins) are in order by year of release since I can't really think of another way to order them. The 6 Star Wars movies are in order Episode I through VI. Lord of the Rings is in order 1-3, etc.
I probably put too much effort into it, but it is really nice to find things quickly.
I will have to check when I get home how the DC cartoons are ordered because I have Mask of the Phantasm and Sub Zero mixed into those too. It gets complicated, but I sleep better at night.
Mine are arranged by genre, with series titles arranged in order of release and, where applicable, continuity. For instance, all my James Bond movies are in order of release. All my Jackie Chan movies are kept in order of release, ditto for Jet Li, Burce Lee, Donnie Yen, and other martial arts movies are kept on the same set of shelves with them. DCAU stuff is in order of continuity, with the movies mixed in where I figure they oughta go.

To be honest, I still don't own too many DVDs of my own yet since my mom buys any and every friggin' thing to hit store shelves (besides DCU stuff of course :|), but I like to keep 'em organized by genre too. I used to do that with my CDs, but it gets tough with all the mixed musical styles, so they're alphabetical.
I keep all my DVDs in alphabetical order, with series in chronological order. My Batman collection is a little odd though, the order goes:
Batman the Movie
Batman
Batman Returns
Batman Forever
Batman and Robin
Batman Begins
Batman TAS disk 1-3 box set
Batman TAS disk 4
Batman: Mystery of the Batwoman
Batman/Superman Movie
Batman Beyond Season 1
Batman Beyond Season 2
Batman Beyond Season 3
The Batman Vs. Dracula
EDIT: Return to the Batcave isn't in with those, it's featured under R.
I recorded Batman Beyond from Cartoon Network, and put it on DVD myself. I keep meaning to do so with The Batman season 1 and 2. I missed a lot of 3, boo
