The last generation before the hiatus didn't do much for me, but I liked pretty much every other year. My favorite remains the '70-'74, but I do like this one...can't wait to see if they actually release it. |

The 1970 split bumper Camaro is awesome!!!! Just so dang pricey!!!!! I found one many years ago, for 2k. I got so excited!!! When I went to go see it. It had more Bondo than car.:upsetw:

The Camaro shown at this year?s Detroit Auto Show was nice (I'm a Ford guy). Being a Mustang guy it?s nice to see the Camaro come back. We need something to thrash at the stoplights around town.
Sadly Chevy doesn?t quite get it. They?ve got most of the old Camaro look, but it?s still not quite right. The nose is too pointed, it needs to be straight across.
The new Mustang by comparison got everything just right. The style was a meld of 1966 to 1969 Mustang and was just right. The ?C? scoops on the side could have been better and the convertible should have been a ?hardtop? style ala Mercedes and Lexus, but Ford had to hit a price point, so they kept it the way it was.
However Carroll Shelby is back at Ford now, so the next Shelby Cobra Mustang GT 500 will rock whatever the Chevy or the Mopar guys (seen the new Charger whoa!) can come up with.

I love cars and Trucks. I have a 02 Ford show truck and a 05 GT Tibron for daily driving.
The only thing out now that I real think is awesome is the new Z06. Which I could never afford.

of course this is on topic. I want to go buy a 06 Z06 and take it to Foose and say make me a Batmobile. All I need is about a million bucks or so? At the present moment I have a little lint in my pocket and mayby .56 cents. So if some one would be so kind to lend me the million please :p
