There are a series of problems with it that make it confusing. Starting with the obvious the shots from Batman Begins are a bit unnecessary, but the comic was partially the inspiration for the movie so that is understandable.
Secondly it is a mix of two different comics. The first panel is from a short Batman origin story that was originally printed in a Batman Secret Files. Probably a recent one since the art looks like Jim Lee's.
Which featured the first appearance of Ra's al Ghul and his and Batman's quest to find Talia and Robin. Pretty good issue that was even made into an episode on Batman: TAS.
