This show gets more and more unbelievable with every season. I can't understand people who think the "anal probing" episode, one of the very first, was the best. The show's greatly improved in terms of graphics and humor, and story-wise, it holds much more ground through satiring current events, etc.

A season or two ago, an episode bashed Tom Cruise and his strong belief in Scientology. As some of you may know, Isac Hayes, the voice of Chef, is a follower of the quirky religion and was very offended by the episode. So much in fact, that he quit the show entirely after nearly a decade of voicing the Chef.

After seeing just about every episode and acquiring an understanding of the creators' style, I began anticipating an episode that would kill off the character in a horrifyingly morbid fashion and probably reuse old voice samples. I was dead-on. The latest episode, "The Return of Chef", was one of the most insane airings of South Park ever. It had Chef, a "ladies' man", joining a strange club warping him into a pedafile. It also reused old voice clips in combinations that made him ask the kids for filthy, but incredibly hilarious favors. In struggling to regain his original self, his climactic death ended by fire, impalement, and having his face ripped off by wild animals.

The funeral had Kyle explaining that Chef (Isac Hayes) wasn't to blame for his own demise. It was the sick group he joined (Scientology) that manipulated him. This show is the king of great analogies.

But that wasn't the end. After the funeral, Chef's body was shown laid on a table being worked on, Vader-style, by the pedafiles. And before I knew it, he was ressurected in an all-black suit just like in Revenge of the Sith, complete with a glowing red spatula, and taste for young boys. Frigging Hilarious.
