Byron Keith makes his debut on the Batman TV series in his recurring role of Mayor Lindseed. The character of Mayor Lindseed is obviously a takeoff on former United States Congressman and New York City mayor John Lindsay.

"Batman Sets The Pace" (prod. #8727-Pt. 2) first aired @ 7:30 p.m. (EST) on ABC as the 26th episode of Batman.
