Yes, folks, that is Richard Wagstaff "Dick" Clark of Bandstand, Pyramid, and Rockin' New Year's Eve fame.
Beginning this season, all of the action word titles which appear during the climactic fight sequences were inserted inbetween scenes, as opposed to being superimposed over scenes (like the first season and the movie), due to cutting down the massive budget devoted to camera and art work. Speaking of which, check out the action words in the fight scenes in both of these episodes: they're all in Old English typeface, and Old English style ("Ouch-eth!" "Wham-eth!" "Clank-est!" "Thwacke!" "Thwape!" "!Ox?-eth!")!
