Comics Britannia
BBC4 is broadcasting a series of programmes about comics in the UK (called Comics Britannia) and it will include some classic re-runs of loosely related programmes.
I don't know if Stateside viewers can get BBC4 - but if you can you'll be treated to 34 episodes of Batman, beginning tomorrow (11/9/07) at 7.30 GMT. Up tomorrow night is the first episode Hi Diddle Riddle.
You can follow the links through for the Batman details.
I hope those interested Stateside can get BBC4.
Also - I wondered about mentioning it & I came to the conclusion you shouldn't hide from stuff; I guess the irony of a program about our favourite superhero, returning on this day in history won't be lost. I've even just been debating with myself if another day would've been better start date - but I guess you've got to broadcast something....... Those around long enough will remember the thread about this subject that was ultimately locked - if anyone wants to add to this thread, please just talk about Batman. Cheers.
