Is Warner Home Video ever gonna put the 1997 Justice League live-action TV Pilot on DVD?

I really doubt it. It leaked out a while ago, and the few who have seen it says that it's REALLY bad.

I doubt most people have even heard of it. And I don't see much of a reason why it would be released on DVD. For those like me that know little about it, here's IMDB's info:

- Although developed by CBS to be a pilot for a television series, it never aired in US markets, but did air in the UK and Europe.

- The Green Lantern in this movie is a composite of three of the ring bearers. The classic Hal Jordan, modern Kyle Rayner and '80s-era Guy Gardner. Hal makes up the character's basic apperance, sans mask. Kyle makes up the mask, badge and wrist gauntlet. While the name and vest come from Guy.

- While in the comic it is well known that J'onn J'onzz is from Mars, it is never stated in the film. Thus his "300 degree, beach day" line may be accurate.

- Very loosely based upon The "Justice League" and "JLI" comic books from the late-1980s which were written by Keith Giffen and J.M. DeMatteis.

It is on YouTube somewhere. I watched part of it one day, but it was really boring. You can see that they were trying for the Giffen/DeMattis League, but just didn't have the snappy dialog that the comic had.
