Ah, I've waited for this moment all my life; a good DC superhero game! And the word on the street is that this game is better than the X-men Legends series. Just look at that badass Batman!

Because of the storm we got, we have to wait. Besides, I'm gonna rent it before I buy it. Nothing bad its just that I need to save up to afford this. Or I could rent it, and save it for christmas.

batman has a cleft, and superman doesnt. it should be the other way around. lol.
w/e, the gameplay looks great. tomorrow is the day! (also my birthday). it's funny, something batman related always comes out on my birthday. last year, it was TBvD and the BB dvd. and couple years before that B:ROST came out.

Looks like it's available on both Playstation 2 and Xbox. My brother's still got his Xbox here while he's at college, so I may have to rent the game and see what it's like. And that's cool that they're advertising it as an RPG. Action games are fun, but I like a lot of decision making and interactivity with people and environments. Doesn't look like any reviews are published yet, so I'll keep on the lookout.

While you guys enjoy the game (after buying or about to buy) you might wanna hear this update as the game also includes MORE CHARACTERS.
Through the course of the game, you'll have the opportunity to unlock Green Arrow, Aquaman, Hawkgirl, Huntress and two other Green Lanterns -- Kyle Rayner and Hal Jordan.
And if you get the PSP version, you get two other unlockable characters: Black Canary & Supergirl.
You can see the pictures/screens of Hal Jordan, Kyle Ratner, Supergirl & Black Canary here:

You can see the Hawkgirl and Huntress team up and the Green Arrow and Aquaman videos here:

I know all that, I've been following this game since E3. But I'm looking forward to playing The World's Finest Team and I'm also looking forward to fighting some brainwashed monkeys; so I'm kind of hoping you can play as Batman and Superman on the Gorilla Grodd level.

The game's great; every character plays as they should.
Superman: Good for pummling everything in sight and with standing large amounts of damage.
Flash: Good from bouncing from on enemy to the next and getting across a stage in record time.
GL: Good for defencive play; blocking, shooting and causing heavy damage at close range.
Batman: Good at everything once you get used to him.
And I'm to lazy to list more; I feel like sleeping or playing Justice League Heroes.

So this is basically a walk around a beat up guys game, like Double Dragon, Streets of Rage, or Ninja Turtles Arcade? That is pretty cool. I realize that the game is probably more complex than that, but it basically sounds like that style of game. The Lego Star Wars games are essentially like that and those currently hold the place of my favorite game.
