An amazing new series of figures featuring more characters from the Public Enemies TP. Each figure comes with character specific accessories and a display base and is packaged in a four-color blister.

On Sale February 28, 2007

Lex Luthor:

Future Superman:

Hawkman:

Nightwing:

Steel/Natasha Irons:

These are pretty cool from the looks of it. Nightwing doesn't look too much different from Batman and Superman in the previous series though. Hawkman fortunately looks different, and there's some pretty cool changes from the Future Superman and the original one. Like the colored eyes, the last one's eyes were just black strokes. Also a longer cape. We have a pretty long wait for them as of now though.

Information by DC Direct.

These are ok. I don't think that McGuinness's art style translates well to 3D. I really like his art in comics, but both these and the other two series with his art haven't looked very good to me. That Lex Luthor looks like a Rescue hero or something. The art in the comic for tha tsuit was way better than the sculpt. Maybe the later one will be better.

Hahah. That sounds about right. It's kinda cool that they're still making more figures in the style, but I'm not big on it as an action figure. And it seems a little cheap compared to other DCD figure lines; the body design is so methodical that they reuse so many parts.

Thanks for posting the news, Detective. I haven't been keeping up-to-date on figure & toy news.
