Superman and Action Comics have been pretty good recently, unfortunately I think that they are in the middle of story arcs so you may have to look through some back issues.
I thought Justice League became a little lackluster, but that is usually a good place to get started in seeing what is out in the DCU since it tends to have so many characters. If someone interests you from there, you can see if they have any solo stories.
Wonder Woman has been okay. Trinity has been getting pretty good reviews, but I am not picking it up for budget reasons.

The only other consistent series I get is All-Star Batman & Robin but the reason is because of Jim Lee's art.
If you like Frank Miller, I say give All-Star a try.
The only thing stopping you from success is doubt.

im not really shure if he still has a solo comic but green arrow has some great stories you should really look into the longbow cronicles story arc if you want a good read. also the outsiders is a really good comic set to look into

Guys, this is a thread from 2008. I'm sure whoever posted this has already found out where to start.
