I haven't seen Supergirl for sale in some time. Because it's an older film, you may have to special order it from Borders/Barnes&Noble/wherever, or you can order it online from DVDEmpire/Amazon/wherever.
You might try Wal-Mart (which was selling Superman I & II for $7.99 or so).
If you haven't already, check out the current Supergirl comic from DC. Issues #0-7 are excellent. Issue #8 is just so-so, but things look to be picking back up in the next few issues.

Yea.. right now, even Amazon is expensive. There is supose to be a new Edition come out this fall.

It's getting a special edition this fall. I might pick it up, because I don't have it in my collection. It's not bad, not particularly good, but not bad.

I think that all of the films in that series (Superman I-IV and Supergirl) will be released in deluxe/special/whatever editions this fall (as mentioned above). A friend of mine mentioned this news yesterday, but the others beat me to posting it here for you. ;-)

Supergirl will not be part of this set.
The Donner Edition will be, and the Max Fletcher toons.

When did the DVD of that movie get so rare? I figured it was pretty common. I am shocked at the prices people are asking for it on Amazon. I guess I should have not put off buying it when it was released on DVD.
