Why I want Zac? He can still pass as a teen, he bares a similar resemblance to robin, and he isnt that bad of an actor(shais better but zacs more talented)
and are you seriously saying why cant starfire be played by an asian? Who cares if shes an alien, starfire doesnt look asian. I dont know how its possible but you can tell that if she didnt have orange skin, shed most likely be white.
Its basically like changing the ethencisty(sp?) of the character, like changing selina Kyle black(not patience), bruce to being mexican or something. It just doesnt work out, for starfire theres no real explenation but you can tell she wouldnt be played by someone black or asian, maybe someone latina, but fairly light i guess.Why do you think so many people are issed about jolie in wanted? Because the original character is black with short hair and shes being protrayed by a white woman with long hair. Sorry but it just doesnt work out
But on the other hand, im not too big on him for the role(his acting isnt that great, but it can probably improve), but Milo would make a pretty good nightwing IMO still, i like Matt long(now he's a good actor)

Well.. Zac is going to be tied up with 50 Thousand HSM's and Footlose.. and yea, I think Milo would make a great Nigthwing. I even told my wife that a long time ago wghen he first appeared on Gilmore Girls.

Ya thats, the problem, he probably wil always be known for HSM, but hopefully he'll do other things, i was hoping he was gonna be speed racer but no that really horrible actor emile hurtch got it. Pfff
And ya, i sad it before, i like milo its just his acting is so, bleh, sometimes hes good but most of the time hes kind of eh, like that episode on heroes(he wasnt very good there but this ep stands out to me) where theyre in the future and he is telling niki that he killed DL and Mika, god that was so bad!!! But other times like when he was still with that girl(the black girl, dont know her name) he was pretty good.
I kinda still want Jared Padalecki though, he's a bit tall though, he aint the best actor either but i think he's better than Milo in the overall acting...

that is NOT how white girls look. i think a latino or black girl could pull off starfire.
and what's wrong with starfire being asian? their eyes are too small or something? are you some kind of small eyed people hater?
and as for batman being mexican goes...why not? he could be a mexican child adopted by the waynes to make the story more tragic. he didnt know his real parents, and he lost his foster parents before he could really know them. and thats not even really messing with the original story too much.

I agree, Starfire has those full lips, Maybe a Jessica Alba type actress. Besides, with orange skin, she really could be anyone.
Plus, lets not forget, we have NO idea who will be in the movie, cept for Nightwing.

i still think robin should be asian. not all asians are ugly chinks with small eyes, believe me. and like the thing with mexican batman...dick could be an adopted chinese kid from the graysons or something. and it would make things worse for dick since he's gotten adopted twice.

My thoughts on Dick Grayson's ethnicity; I think he's a third to a fourth asian and should look something like Brandon Lee, or maybe even Bruce Lee.
As for his parents, his mother is asian american and his father's caucasian.
And for Starfire, she's a flipping alien! Her actresses race doesn't matter. A black woman would have the full lips, but then again an asian woman would too.

Like chris said, something like jessica alba type, olive skin, not white , not latino but a mix, that or either a white person or a rather light toned or tanned person, not black.( but just not jessica alba lol)
But dick being asian? no, unless its like brandon lee asain(thinking about it, he woulda been a good nightwing) because he doesnt actually look like the typical asian, he looks more caucasain than anything
but batman has to be white, thats a no brainer
and no to bruce or dick being a different race and adopted, sorry but i dont want the story changed in such a big way, little things are ok, a few little tweaks but making dick a full on asian and dick a full on latino and them being adopted? no way in hell. Plus too many people complain about the sotry being changed enough

And BB, I didn't clarify, I might Jessica Alba with her body fetures. Once the Orange is painted on, you won't be able to tell if they are Black, White, Latino, Martian, Twi'lek, or Vulcan.

ENOUGH! I've put up with your crap long enough but that last statement you made crossed the line. How DARE you make a judgment like that about a person's race! I don't care if you want to be a casting director, your outlook on people is offensive and quite frankly is not the type of conversation I'd like to hear. Not ONCE has anyone else generalized what a race looks like, only if they think a certain person would look good for a character.
Why not have an Asian Batman or a black Batman? Do you honestly think that only Caucasians are entitled to the role? I'm Filipino and I like Batman not because he's white but because of who he is as a person.
Get over the race conversation, I want it to be done with. I'm sick of you putting down other's opinions because they don't match yours.

And im sorry do you know how many people complain already that the movies are different from the comics and then making batman black? if i was batman, i'd give robin and nightwing the best gear i could possibly give. why give them crappy old left overs? batman is basically robin/nightwing's dad, and dads dont give their kids their old shirts, they buy them new ones. haha..besides, bruce wants to be the father that the 2 never had.
i'd say give robin and nightwing the best, coolest looking armor, while batman just has like an okay one. cuz we all know batman can probably go around without any armor. the guy's a tank.
