Purely fanboy wishful thinking, but if it were to happen...here's my picks...
1) Superman - Tom Welling (Smallville)
2) Batman - Christian Bale (Batman Begins)
3) Wonder Woman - Michelle Monaghan (Mission Impossible 3)
4) Flash - Ryan Gosling (The Notebook)
5) Green Lantern - Matthew Fox (Lost)
6) Aquaman - Ryan Reynolds (Just Friends)
Rumor has it that Reynolds wants to play Flash, but, hey, this is my movie!
For the film I would eliminate Martian Manhunter, Hawkgirl, and Plastic-Man who have all been used as the 7th character.
To me, these 6 are the DC Icons that the public would want to see.
Also, as a side note, Green Lantern would be Hal Jordan!!

On second thought, cancel the Reynolds and place Scott Speedman (Underworld) as Arthur Curry. That would be sweet... |

Let's see...
Batman: Christian Bale (if anyone says anyone else... )
Superman: Hmm... (I'm sure Routh will be great, but I still can't be 100% until I see the movie. There's no way I'm picking Tom Welling, because he can't act.)
Wonder Woman: Kate Beckinsale
The Flash: Jude Law might be an idea...
Green Lantern: Kevin Bacon might be cool as Hal, but he'd never play a superhero, I wouldn't think.

Yeah, the we'll see about Routh. He looks the part but nobody knows anything about him. I have faith in Bryan Singer though. Everyone doubted Hugh Jackman as Wolverine and now we can't hardly picture anyone else in the role. Routh does have some mighty big red boots to fill though.
Beckinsale sounds good. I was trying to find someone who resembles Bale and Routh in age.
Not really feelin' ya on Kevin Bacon as GL. Sorry, Gothamite |

Yeah, the more I think about it, he probably isn't that good a choice as GL. I was trying to think of a more middle-aged actor who still has some fight left in him and he's just the first who came to mind.
