sounds... interesting.
Rumors sounds a lot like the Batman/Punisher crossover comic books. If he is the character that was hinted at from outside of the Detective Comics universe, I'm going to cream. Until now I assumed it was the Martian Manhunter, but it could mean literally outside of the Detective Comics universe, meaning outside of the DC universe entirely. It's a long shot, I know, but I can hope.
And The Joining 2 sounds a little too much like the beginning of the Justice League series

One Thousand years? Looks like Dark Knight Returns is going to be a flash-back from the future, or our heroes have a long life span. I wonder how thet're gonna do that one.
Actually, in the trailer from Comic-con this was explained I think.
The episode starts off 1000 years into the future, with child voices saying they "found it, we've found the Batcave!"
and then when we saw Oracle, Nightwing, and Batman it said that it was like 2027 (somethign around that number)
So I'm guessing the flashback from the future is the right answer.
Harley Quinn is a TV pop psychologist.....that's an interesting twist.
Is it foolish to think Yin might come back in Clayfaces? seeing as she is a major player in the Ethan Benett storyline. Maybe she'll be at least mentioned.
New vigilante.....that should be interesting.
And no signs of Catwoman or Ivy, hopefully they will make appearances somewhere in the season.
It all sounds good to me. Penguin seems to have only 1 major appearance so far, and he'll be surrounded by a bunch of other badguys so at least there'll be something to look forward too.

the animation of robin or batgirl shouldnt be different from the rest of the show. they all move with the same frames...lol. i'm guessing u mean their character designs.
but dude! the S4 bruce looks so much better. he actually looks like what a cartoon version of bruce wayne would look like. and not a skinnier jackie chan. lol. i'm still not liking the shiny hair though. who would gel their hair down?

I guess that is the only option until Cartoon Network resumes airing it or until Season 4 gets its DVD release.
BTW, WB, if you remember, will or already changed into The CW. So could it be that the channel was changed in your area?

New updates and secrets revealed thansk to Matt from LoG (Legions of Gotham):
First off, I checked my guide. While it may be different elsewhere (most likely not) the Kids WB lineup won't be shown on the usual station and instead be on UPN. Again, that's me as I checked my guide. May not be same for others. And plus, it still seems that the regular WB is still active as I saw shows liek Smallville on that channel still.
Also, TB will air on 10:30am with LoSH airing before that on 10:00am. Not 11:30am as that was previously mentioned.
It has been learned that in this season: Batgirl will, finally, learn the secret identities of Batman & Robin. Yes, thats right. And to quote the big bold words of Action Comics #662 when Lois learned Clark was Superman finally: AT LONG LAST, THE SECRET REVEALED!
Let's face it: She IS smart as she almost caught onto Bruce in season 3. With the addition of his new "ward" and the Robin, its no wonder she puts two and two together, right? I mean, you can't be a superhero and be someone like Oracle in the future and not know Bruce Wayne and his ward Dick Grayson must be Batman and his new sidekick Robin.
With this: I had hoped for, send a letter to WB, and this is another one of my wishies come true. I see this as her learning why Batman and Robin are who they are which is different as to why Batgirl in there. This is, of course, more elements from Batgirl: Year One.
And finally, for The Batman Strikes news, The Batman Strikes #29 will feature the very first appearance of 'The Batman' version of Robin in the comic version. The issue should hit newsstands in January 2007, and be solicited by DC next month.

strangest thing happened today. in my cw station, they messed the programs up. i woke up around 8, turned on the tv. and at about 8:40, legion of superheroes came on. and it skipped the whole beginning. clark went straight to the future without explanation. then after that, TB came on at like 9:05. and then it just stopped at the near end. i couldnt get to see dick in the robin costume. i'm SOOO mad!!!
not only did they not show the full episode, they aired it at the wrong time. and they didnt show any other cartoon. strangely enough, those were the only cartoons shown.
i couldnt see both losh or tb properly. i'm gnna have to wait for a re-run or something. cw baltimore is all messed up. i hope they fix it up soon, cuz...yeah. i need my batman eps. lol.

If misery loves company, this should make you feel better. I was reading about your dilemma while the Legion was playing in the background. I was taping this and The Batman so that I could watch them when I got home from dropping my daughter off somewhere. When I just got home, I tried to stop and rewind the tape, only to find that it was never taping. When I hit the record button, it didn't take. What I thought was the red record light on the VCR was for something else. I obviously haven't used my VCR in a while. So I too have missed the debut of Legion and The Batman, except for what I took in while playing on this sight. Bummer. |
