At the request of Nate, I watched this episode several times and still fail to see any redeeming qualities in this episode...however, I see what the writers were trying to do...so I'm going to upgrade my original rating of this episode from 4 out of 10 to 6.5 out of 10.
I took exception to Mr. Snoots.
I hated him and I hated the toy train scene at the end when Scarface was run over. The silliness and "Sesame Street" feel made the episode PAINFUL to sit through. In my opinion it was not done correctly. I've seen simular episodes of BTAS with the same content...but the story was told in a way that adults and teens could grasp the concept without cringing.
As I've said before, I know...I am not the targeted age group for this show, but todays KIDS ARE NOT IDIOTS. There was no need to tell this story while making the audience feel like we were watching TICKLE U on Cartoon Network.
New rating: 6.5/10

I can easily see why this episode is annoying, but for some dumb reason it still amused me. I don't know why, it hits none of the things I usually look for in a show.
